A Modern Day Fairy Tale
So I would have to say I am a sucker for cheesey, feel good movies. I am sure plenty of people would say that some of my favorite movies, such as "The Holiday", "How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days", and "Elizabethtown" are the worst films ever. With that said I am sure there are plenty of other people out there with equally cheesey taste which is why I wanted to post about the movie "Penelope". I just saw the film this weekend and I loved it. I was drawn to the film from the start due to Reese Witherspoon being in it. She is a favorite actress of mine and I generally think she chooses good work to be in and produce. I thought the cast was wonderful. Even though the plot was nothing new or groundbreaking I found the story sweet and inspiring for young girls. I also loved the set and costumes in the outfits. They were gorgeous. The film put me in a good mood and that is why I wanted to share my love with all of you. So if you are in the mood for a feel good movie that is sweet go check out "Penelope".
