I for one have always been on "Team Lauren." It dates all the way back to when she was canoodling with Stephen and cat fighting Kristen but when I heard about her clothing line my love for Lauren went a little sour. I mean I do enjoy just about everything that Lauren wears when she is at Les Deux or in the Teen Vogue offices but I was just a little unsure if another "celebrity" could pull off a clothing line. So I did what any celeb obsessed person would do and I checked laurenconrad.com 24/7 searching for images of her new clothing line and then when I least expect it after a horrible day of school I see on Popsugar, Lauren's smiling face and images of some of her clothing line. I was pleasently surprised. I know some people might not enjoy the simple designed outfits but I think they are very cute. From what I have seen so far they seem to be classic and basic staples for anyones wardrobe. I also enjoy how she kept a little bit of a Laguna beach summer time look in her sundresses. The style of her clothing is simple, basic, and classic which to me is a key in fashion. I mean I think we can all agree that we don't need another Britney or Paris wearing revealing clothing that is trendy one day and out the next. I sure hope that Lauren's line is a success, after all it's pretty cool that she is designing a line which has always been a goal of hers. And well, if her line doesn't make it big I always have my Monday night Hills loving to help me through the rough times.
